First off having a full model and serial number would be more helpful that anything else, especially on this truck

Based on the series code you stated and what brewski said and doing my own checking:
I do not think pc service tool (pcst) is going to work with this truck,
there is no information in the service section of this model referencing it at all that i can find.

(mind you i only browsed through the info looking for specific information related to pcst which i did not see).
Also depending on which engine this truck has in it be it a cummins or perkins there is mfg specific software available for accessing the ecm's on either engine.
The software i see they show available for this truck is as follows:
-cummins engine insite software
-hydraulic parker node diagnostic software
-Dana TE series Dashboard controller software.
Now they do show an IFAK cable upgrade to version 5.3 but hyster has been known to just throw that stuff in there on the top of the list to make sure tech's get the newest cable drivers but honestly i'm not 100% sure this applies to this machine.

Unless someone else has a different experience with these XM trucks that can shed more light on it i highly doubt PCST will plug into this truck. I don't ever remember seeing any XM series truck using PCST, they may have used the spectrum impco software but i don't think that would apply to this big truck being it more than likely has a diesel in it.

Is their anyway anyone with the software and cable can access PC Service tool?

Did v4.6 software work on the class 5 trucks Adam?

I have v4.6 pc service tool and the ifak v5.2. Unfortunately i no longer get updated passwords since i no long work for the company and no more cable.

If you have access to the Hyster web site, You probably do because you have loaded PCST, you simply type in the serial number and click on software. There you will find the software listed for your truck.

Is this likely to be a glitch from Hyster or in my software only, i.e. is v4.85 proven to have worked with the Class 5 trucks?
Is there an older version that you are aware of that will work if not?

After looking at this model truck, it is not compatible with PCST. There are other listed software on line for diagnostics for this truck.

PCST is still the primary program for Hyster/Yale. Looks like they missed some models when they updated. 4.85 is the most current version.
