Hyster E3.50XL

Hi can any one help me with a service manual for this 1990 Hyster E3.50XL serial number C098U01940L or at least the part cover the power steering as i dont have any. it has two EV controllers a EV200 and a EV100 i believe the EV200 is the traction side and the EV100 is the pump side which seems to control the power steering. The problem i have is the contactor doesnt energise and if i manually push the contactor in the power steer pump works but the steering is still hard to turn any help would be great as iv not work on these machines before....

As RCAV8TOR said there should be a timer module in on the left side of the truck when your sat on it this has 6 male spade connectors on it check the wiring to it very carefully also these units do fail and if it has the contactor will not energize. The system works when the seat switch is made you energise the on demand switch on the steer column this switches on the timer if any one of theses isn't working the steering will not work. My bet would be the timer module though I've changed more than a few

I know know on the E50XL-33 you have a dedicated power steer pump and motor seperate from hydraulic pump for lift, tilt. Might want to check for a module that is located under floor board ( left side tight against frame) for corrsion or broken female connectors. I am not sure if this set up is same as i am describing.
