hydraulic lowering when seat switch disengaged

Does the OAS system on a 2014 Hyster with mechanical hydraulics stop the lowering of the forks when the seat sensor is disengaged?

thank you. I oversee a very large fleet of electric lifts and I have some of these units that are electric over hydraulic. As well we have mechanical over hydraulic and these units (mechanical over hydraulic) continue drop after the switch is disengaged.
