Raymond 20 R30TT:
Hose reel leak

I have a leak at the rear of the left hose reel which seems to be coming out of the Valve center and the back of the reel. This machine has 2 hose reels- 1 on either side- the valve has 2 lines coming from it and the valve is held on with a snap ring. Does anybody have a part number for this Valve so I may crossreference with my supplier up here in Canada. The dealer up here is not giving me the time of day so I have to go here... You people are the best... Thank-you in advance for any and all help.. The Model # 20R30TT; Serial # 20B-2399S

If memory serves me right, it has been 20 years since I have seen one of these, as long as the hoses are still attached to the truck they will keep the tension on the reel but to be on the safe side I would some how lock the reel in position.

Thank-you scot s... When I remove the swivel assembly for repair, do I need to hold the reel in place to enable me to remove the assembly from the back?

If memory serves me correct it should be 870-410/27 for the valve and 870-410/28 for the seal kit.
