Thanks guys for the help truck has no Regen but did removed the heat sink and found the insulation damage had a hole in corner did test with meter and showed good no continuity to frame so will order insulation and post my results thanks
I had replaced the Q1 from aftermarket and it lasted about a month. You have to buy it from Raymond as the Q1 comes as an updated kit and instructions. That is my experience and I have not had any failures with the OEM replacement. Also make absolutely sure your drive motor is good.
Yes the regen will blow the Q1. you can unhook its cables and drive the truck to test and eliminate that as the failure. you must remove the heat sink to verify it has no holes in the insulator as an ohmeter test wont show anything. check all motors for shorts to frame!!
Look at all the advice in troubleshooting section for code 23.
Q1 failing has many issues...
Do you have regen?
Yes stated you checked the motor, what about cables?
If the heat sink properly insulated.
