Help identify old lift

Can anyone help me identify this old lift? It belongs to a machine shop we acquired and nobody can say for sure who the manufacturer is. It still runs but needs a bit of maintenance. We'd like to find out the model in order to get a load rating. In case it helps to narrow things down the battery voltage is 12. Here are some pics:
