Help! Can anyone tell me the model number of this lift?

Looking for some help from the experts! Have this older yale and all of the identification placards are missing! Has dual pneumatics on the front.

From the picture it looks like the model GLP050 or 060. The mast looks like 80" or T080 at end of the model number. The middle letters of model number would say the series and location where it was made. S/N info is as stated by John_Bradley.

Look on front fender the one welded to unit and on top part of frame by floor plate and engine and around the step at drivers compartment they usually have a serial number stamped on frame
