heater malfunction

I got a forklift that the door mounted factory heater only works when the wiper is on has any seen this before that can point me in the right direction

Check the cab light ground wire as this is used for all fans and lights inside the cab for ground. A failed connection can cause this issue. All cab fans and wipers are connected through the same positive and negative wire connections. Good Luck
