Discussion:
Hard Start Issue

Working on:
Model- 7FGCU45-BCS
Serial- 60406

Working on customers 9,000 lift v6 engine. Lift has a very hard time starting. Has been tuned up and getting good spark and cranks with no issue. Once unit starts will start everytime without an issue. Next morning customer has the same issue.

Tried ether this morning and lift didn't start. Makes me think it is something electrical. Looking for any suggestions. I have read that undersized ground cables are common in these Toyota units and a possible solution is to run a second ground to the engine. any suggestions wouls be greatly appreciated.
