Going rate for call out rota

What's the going rate for being on call for the week I think the £75.00 we get is well below the industry standard rate.

Briggs gave £170 per week. Company I am at now £120 I did work for a firm two years ago that paid only £50 (that's what they still pay)

£182.10 per week standby payment over here.
Then 4 hours minimum overtime per call out.
Sleep compensatoon time if out later than 11pm too.
