Are the gas and lpg GM 4.3L the same engine or are there differences? I'm looking to purchase a remaned long block for our 2010 Toyota 7FGU35 that is lpg.

Probably depends on the OEM and how they ordered it from GM. I believe the base long block is the same, at least on Yale/ Hyster.
