Forward tilt slow

grrrr... 2012 combilift cb6, forward tilt is slow. I have changed the fluids, replaced both hoses and cannot figure it out. back tilt and all other functions work great. anyone have any ideas?

Best I can tell from the parts breakdown, The tilt ram seals are dual U-cups. If one of the rear cups is damaged it can cause this problem. Not sure what kind of anti cavitation valve is used on these. Could be an obstruction in the control valve.

zero drift. hoses new and have found no external leaks.

Have you checked for tilt drift? You might have a cylinder seal leak internally.

Did you check the pressure of the tilt (should be set to about 250 bar)? Is there any visible leaks?
