Forward-reverse problem

Forward and reverse only energize sporadically, also while driving the coil will drop out. any suggestions ?

bbforks, I found it. I conned my local Hyster dealer into sending me a schematic. Turned out to be the controller. Oh well I can't forget to put it in neutral. Thanks for the help

check for power loss at directional switch. I'll see if I have a wiring diagram-please list the entire model & serial #'s- probably a simple wiring or switch issue. Any other electrical issues with the lift?

Is the unit equipped with monotrol? Are the coils loosing input power or dropping out on their own?
