Fortis-Fortens---Veracitor RADIATOR FAILURES--5000lb--7000lb units

Has anyone come across cracks in tanks on "upper hose" end on muffler side of radiator---units with 5 to 7000 hours? WE have had a bunch, Mazda 2.2 engine with Combi-Cooler option
