Toyota 8FGU30:
FORKS WON'T GO DOWN, NO TILT

Hey guys, i could use so help here...We have this Toyota 8FGU30 S/N# 14599. Seat light stays on as long as the red key in the dash but no trouble codes. The forks won't go down and we have no forward or backward tilt. Here is what we have done so far on the truck:
-CHECK SEAT SWITCH AND CONTINUITY : OK
-CHECK SEAT SWITCH WIRING. open circuit 1 to 5 volt: OK close circuit 0 volt: OK
-VERIFY CONTINUITY OF WIRING FROM SEAT SWITCH TO COMPUTER: OK
-CHECK ALL FUSES : OK
-REMOVE HYDRAULIC CONTROL VALVE AND CHECK SPOOLS, SPRING AND SWITCHES: OK

ANY IDEAS OF WHAT COMES NEXT???

There is a 7.5 that operates the blade down and tilt in my case it keeps blowing just as I replace it any idea what is causing it

It was indeed a fuse. the thing is i don't remember wich one but it was a hidden one. hope this helps.

To my I spend a 8fg30 and what damage were small springs carrying the control solenoid valve ( they broke ) at the bottom of control and caused the mast was not working nor inclination. Replace the springs and fixed the problem.

Just ran into a similar problem and found the ecub fuse the issue. If you can get an analyzer to see if it communicates with anything, that would help.

Check the electrical interface box under the step plate hasn't got wet / suffering from corrosion.

try checking all the fuses and relays. I have seem weird things happen when the relays stick or stop working.
