You don't take the handle apart. You pull the switch and wiring out with a small screw driver.
how did u take handle apart mine got rubber all the way around it and wheres the tb601
PROBLEM FIXED.....It ended up being a broken wire INSIDE the handle assembly. The #2 wire was broken, we jumpered the wire to the #1 spot on TB 601 and it worked. Replaced wire and it works. Thank you all for the help.
Looked at overhead guard switch....good
is this an rc with a folding overhead guard? you may have the overhead guard switches not 'making'
Start by checking the wiring coming out the back of the control handle. Those switches in the handle are hard to replace and sometimes break the wire inside of the insulation and is hard to tell its broke. Next go to the relay box to the right check wiring and make sure that both relays work when they are supposed to. last is just make sure your lift lock out box for the BDI is working ok and not cutting out lift because it thinks you have dead battery.
Have you looked at the switches at the control handle? Been awhile since i worked on one but of i remember right at the base of the conteol handle under the dash panel there is a bank of control switches???
Have you looked at the switches at the control handle?
Yes on tilt. No on pump motor unless you activate the high pressure lever for hydraulics and then forks raise approx 2" then stop. Yes on fuses on contactor panel. No noise from contactor panel area.
Orange button is for tilt, hold down and lift handle, do you get tilt? Does the pump motor run at any time? When you say you've checked the fuses, have you checked the large ones behind the panel by your legs? When you try and raise, do you get a loud click from the pump contactor behind the panel by your legs?
