OM Pimespo EU3/15:
Forklift problem

I have a problem with a forklift.When i take the forklift from charging and after a while turn the key off and then back on battery indicator drops 10-20%.Every on-off indication drops 10-20% until the truck gives error.Battery checked-good,Charger checked-good.Any ideas?

The correct battery voltage need to be programmed into the truck control system. The control panel needs to be set to allow programming in the first instance but a simple press of a few keys after will rectify this. If you still have the problem let me know and i can walk you through it. Will need truck serial number for this.

Service life of a forklift is proportional to how well it is maintained.

I had the same problem, battery works well on other machine, now indicator says battery discharged and will not lift.
Anybody any ideas or copy of manual please
