yes. it seems that on the crowns all use the same lubes. just difficult to find capacities. the other OE's will probably be even more difficult.
new hyster/yale 2 to 7 ton with oil emersed brakes use atf in the master cylinder and jcb use iso vg 15 (light)hydraulic oil in the brake system. some linde,s use run vg64 but in intense application iv,e seen linde spec vg100. so many options ,the list is endless these days you can,t just **** any old oil in trucks now.
i do have others helping. so it will only take about 10 years to complete. but our deadline is 2 months. i am responsible for electrics. crown and raymond to start. any help would be appreciated. thanks for the info.
all???
that may be over 100000 different models over the years with capacities
hydraulic is usually aw46 but you run into aw32 and aw68
i believe some also used 10 weight in the hydraulics
trans fluid is usually multipurpose ATF but some use 10 weight oil and im sure some others require different oils
engine oil will be 10w30 for gas or 15w40 for diesel im sure theres other oil weights used too just dont remember offhand some newer trucks might use 5w30
brake fluid is almost always DOT3 but some trucks use DOT5 synthetic
for the capacities i couldnt tell ya cause theres just too much to consider
