Hello to all.
Can anybody help me with the info to diagnose this controllers? The error code list would be very helpfull, since the display its damaged and cannot see the error code, but have some "flashes" from the left traction motor controller.
Thank you very much for your attention and support, best regards.

ok...
well from what i've learned about alot of these systems they got away from feeding positive signals and started doing thier switching using negative feeds from the control cards, be it either the logic such as ev100 type or in these new AC systems they use a truck manager card to control alot of things such as this.
So yeah you will most likly need a diagram , schematic, something to show you the circuits.
I presume there is not a diagram inside the control panel cover?
some units have it stuck on the backside of the door or somehere like that.
since your asking for one i'll assume there isnt one :o)

dumb question but you checked all the control fuses right?

when you power on the system, while watching the status lights on the controllers, are they blinking in a certain pattern?
the error code will be displayed as a flashing pattern from the LED light on the controller in question if an error is detected during startup of the system.
it should be a group of flashes, then a short pause followed by another group of flashes. The pattern should repeat.
So basically if the light flashes 2 times, pauses for a couple seconds and then flashes 3 times the error code would be 23.

So what code is it flashing?
