Discussion:
faultcode 1123-2 - Jungheinrich EFG215

I have a Jungheinrich EFG215 (2015) that has error code 1123-2.

The 2 response switches on the brakes are good.

The error code occurs when the brakes are applied very forcefully (emergency brake).

When braking sharply, the response switch on the right motor is activated earlier than the left. this causes the error code to appear.

Does anyone have an idea where I should look for the problem?

I've battled this problem a lot. You can adjust the switch position, it should be NC when machine is off, and when you brake it should be NO.
I would advise to
1) get a looong torx to release adjustments screws, push the switch towards brake stock until you get NO from pins. Then go back just a bit so it would be very sharply set. You can remove some brake linkage to free up space for that kind of work. But I've done without.
