3 Light On
4 no light
5 no light
6 Light On
7 Light On
8 no light
2 beeps

and also:

1 no light
2 no light
3 no light
4 Light On
5 no light
6 no light

Thanks for any help you can provide.

fault codes are counted from right hand LED to left
I don't have a code 100
assuming you counted left to right
code 38 is steer pot out of calibration or faulty
again assuming you counted left to right
code 19 SRO, pots not in nuetral at start-up or presence sensors blocked at start-up
sounds like steer pot is your problem
