code A is:
Lift truck performance reduced. See Troubleshooting problem 5. Possible cause head capacitor failure.
and in the Problem 5 description it says:
Lift truck accelerates slower than normal with no lift.
- check the connections to the head capacitor and also the cables leading to the pos and neg heatsinks. Make sure they are tight and not corroded or burned. Check continuity.
check contiinuity on wire 34 to logics connector P2-2 , if good continuity then check head capacitor, if that is good then logics is bad.

I have no power to wire 34. Cap charges very fast. connections look good. no burnt parts. need trouble shooting guide. please help. Cat microcommand
