Fault code 523930-4

The unit will start, but after releasing the parking brake there is no travel and the that fault code appears on the dash panel. This happened once before and it was a bad connection at the parking brake switch/sensor. The harness doesn't seem to lock into place and it requires a small zip tie to secure it. But this time it doesn't seem to be the switch. Any ideas?
