fault code 34 and 20

I have a yale model number mpw060len24t2748 serial number is a897n03986c and have been looking everywhere for a fault code description for code 34 and 20 that pops up on the hour display my charger says that the batteries are charged but when i try to run machine these 2 codes pop up and there is hardly any charge on the batteries can get some help please
