The machine will start normally in the morning
can work the whole day

If you switch it off and tried to start it immediately
it wont start till after some time (cool off) + - 2 hours

If you tried more cranking a Fault - 1684 will appear

What application is this truck? does it get very hot, you could have a problem with your intake valves, they typically are not hardened

when the pressure of the injection pomp to the injectors is not high enough there is wear problem in the high pressure side
there is a easy test to make sure
cool down the pomp with cold water
first check the fuel valve below 8 volt it dont open in starting

Dear Brewski,

I've checked the injector pump and the nozzols are spraying fine and all the fuel system is good , the lift is not starting if it's hot. Will start after it will cool down.

Thanks for your reply.

The code 168-4 is low battery voltage. ?That would be normal if you are cranking for long periods of time. Have you checked for spark and fuel delivery.
