Hello, in most of my cases i had too change the valve block for the brake, part nr; 51415620.
It is wery hard too diagnose, when the brake is applied, sistem doesent get all the information in 1000ms, trigers the fault, than when you switch the machine off an on again, it is normal , until you step of the machine, and the brake is aplayed again.

As others have posted there are microswitches on motors that check brake response. They are replacable and adjustable. If your brake is old you may have to change brake coil or adjust microswitch.
check the left motor brake, it could be micros.
