Terex may have backed out of the acquisition deal, but equipment owners will still need reliable parts suppliers.
My company is railportparts.com and we are that answer.

Fantuzzi are trying to get the deal back on track. If they don't
they might have problems with bond holders, They are trying to
get a bond holder meeting in july. If Terex have any sence they
will stay a way. Fantuzzi are now a lame duck there is only
the sideloader business thats worth looking at. Terex Have their
own reachstacker and could purchase RTG'S and Ship to Shore cranes
from china. They could also develop their own lift trucks for much
