Hello.
One of our forklifts suddenly stopped working this morning. There's a red light on next to the usual green light and the screen shows "E1 384". I tried to find this error code on a manual online but it only goes up to 382.
The operator was only lifting an empty pallet 30cm up from the ground. Battery was almost at full charge.
