Discussion:
Extend Retract Tilt faulty

Raymond EASI R40TT 24V recently started acting up when trying to tilt, retract, or extend when the forks are not at the lowest point. These features work fine when the forks are at the lowest point. Once the forks are lifted, the extend/retract and tilt controls no longer work properly. Regardless of which button is pressed to retract/extend or tilt the forks, the same action happens the forks will tilt and then retract/extend in that order when just pressing one button. As far as I can tell, no error codes are coming up. Any help is appreciated.

that cable should get wiped with a rag with wd-40 or some lube on it durning pm's this helps the cable to travel around the pully instead of twisting and causing wire breakage.

that may only last a month or two depending on usage.

Anytime.

It was 18/8. I was able to use one of the two wires that were not being used. Thanks for the help!

The cable is 18/6 or 18/8.
Any electrical supplier can provide it.

If you have not replaced one before it may be in your best interests to hire someone who has. It runs through the mast and can be difficult to replace if the proper steps have not been taken.

Do you know where I can acquire one of these or do you have a part number? I've been looking for manual for this lift in PDF format, but am unable to locate one as of yet. Thanks in advance.
