Everything Works but Will not Lift!!! Help

Having trouble with our Crown 40GPW -4-14 electric pallet jack. All the sudden the other day it stopped lifting. I checked the button and seems to be operating properly. You can hear the solenoid click when pressing the down button and the horn buttons work fine, but I get nothing from the lift button. I switched the lift and down buttons and still had the same results. Still moves perfectly fine. Any suggestions welcome

Great idea! I was pretty sure I had narrowed it down to the solenoid via voltage, but I just tested it with jumper cables jumping over the solenoid and it worked! I have a bad solenoid. Have one on order, so should be replaced soon.

Thanks for the help gentlemen!!

Another way is to use jumper cables direct from batteries to the lift motors. If the motor don't work then the lift motor is faulty. If it works then it is the solenoid switch.

Check voltage at the lift motor while pressing lift button. If it receives voltage, the motor most likely failed. Also check the lift solenoid, I've had them still audibly click even though they have gone bad.
