Can anyone tell me what these error codes 342 277 mean on a 2019 Wave 60 ?

Yes, could be due to batteries needing replacement though. I can help you check them if you have access to a multimeter

Thanks, So it could just be the battery voltage is low? To fix it, charge the battery?

under or over voltage codes. needs to be between 22-26v
