Make sure that terminal #1 wire 29 reads 4.5V when you press pedal it linearly drops to 0v
I think you messed up the wires when you wired it in.
Terminals 2,3,4 should have batt pos
5 is FW input batt pos
6 is RW input batt pos
#1 terminal starts on top from left with small connectors x, y on left, 2 large conn pcb pca on right
Did you make absolutely sure it was the card that was the problem to begin with? Did you have any codes either on dash or use a LX handset to see if any codes were stored in the card? What model and S/N of the truck? Does sound now like card is wired in wrong or something else isnt right with the installation
I think you messed up something. Looks the same card. Or card is defective.
