ev100 error code 75 and 4 please help

I just got my control card back, it was repaired and now the little dash display goes on with ignition on,I hear the sound of one contactor close, but nothing moves. The dash shows error 75 and after I turn the ignition off, the dash stays on for a few seconds showing error 4.
the control card is IC3645LXCD1 and the truck doesn't have regenerative braking, please help, thank you.

is the error a dash 75 [-75] or just a 75? as your profile states your vehicle is a 120 volt power system, is the entire machine running 120 VDC? has this unit ever had a working ev100 set up in it?
