Codes 40,41,42, came and truck quit, I bypassed seat switch to check, its working now, but can anyone tell me what these codes mean

More codes came up, replaced piston in lower caliper, had to unhook motor connections, hooked everything back up, went to move the machine, heard a spark, and had code 19, rechecked my connections, now rev is ok, when I put it in fwd and set on the accelerator, get code 19, hope someones got info for 18 and 19

Line, Regen and Pump contactor faults respectively.

Check tips on line contactor to start with then other contactors and then for shorts.

A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
