errors 32 & 12

As I understand, you have 386 series truck with internal battery charger.
Error 12 - the charger plug is not properly plugged in the truck.
Error 32 - failure whith the charging of the intermediate power module capacitors.

Generally - you have to check your internal charger, the circuits around, connections etc.
