summery: contractor problems,
battery problems!
I have a 8900 Pallet Jack and E107 relates to the main contactor it could be lots of things wires loose, tips being dirty, not making contact, take it apart and see the pattern on the tip it should be like a diamond pattern....order tips kit.... look their online sales number online to order and get a part number for the mean time you can clean with contactor cleaner, as for the other code showing C128 always mean something wrong with the handle. (I don't know the differences between this two models but I bet is the same). good luck
Adding to that E107, can cause other faults like undervoltage.
Thanks and million. The lift solenoid was stuck in. Back in action. Thanks again.
Check the E-stop button and make sure it's not engaged. Disconnect the wires to the lift solenoid and cycle the keyswitch. If it goes away, bad lift solenoid. If not, take a look at the wire harness where it passes through the bottom of the handle. 9 times out of 10 that will be your problem.
I have the same walkie, with (C 28 code) no power anywhere except the handle. Any ideas??
your battery pack is below 17 volts, the main contactor is welded or shorted, the lift contactor is shorted/welded or the circuit breaker is open. there is a update to use a larger amp circuit breaker. I have had lots of battery problems with these. sometimes cheaper to replace whole power pack than just the batterys.
Cheers...Rick
