Discussion:
Error codes

This truck is showing the wrench symbol but I don't know how to find where it shows any kind of code. Is there a way to find this on the screen so I can troubleshoot why it is lighting up? The truck seems to be running fine so far.

The hard to do we do right away. The impossible just takes a little longer.
TG0,

What size engine do you have in the lift? I can provide steps for troubleshooting. Serial number would help.

Camshaft and crankshaft are not in time or a faulty cam/crank sensor

After entering the password, it shows the last fault as ECU 190-8 #4 if that helps anyone. I plan to have one of my guys check the fluids tonight.

TGO,

If you are not seeing a code come across the screen on the dash, suspect the wrench light is on due to low fluids. You can bring up any stored codes to come up on the screen by entering the password saved in the lift. Press the asterick key until you see enter password on the screen. Enter all 5's and hope it has not been changed from the factory. Enter 5 5's then press the pound key to enter the value. If it accepts the password, you will be able to navigate through the menu. If the password is not accepted, you will need the local dealer to check the codes with a program. Thanks.

TGO,

From what you are saying, no codes are showing on the display. Need to check all fluid levels. This would include coolant, engine oil, transmission oil, brake fluid and hydraulic oil. Make sure you add the correct fluid for each system. Operator manual should have a list. If light remains on need to call your local dealer. Good Luck.
