Toyota 7FBCU525:
error codes in toyota 7FBCU25

I am looking for someone more familiar with these Toyota's. It is a Toyota 7FBCU25. 48volt. Someone was putting in a new relay for the seat switch. Now this thing shows codes ( 62-2 : FE-4 : 67-1 ) What does these mean. Any suggestions on where to start. It has no tilt and no direction. I have a lot of hyster electric manuals. Can trade or anyone have the service manual for it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm having the same issues. No direction or tilt with a 62-2 and 67-1 code. Did you find the problem on your truck?

code 62-2 shows to be a shorted tilt angle sensor. It will present as no forward tilt or no automatic fork leveling.

code 67-1 is a lift height switch abnormality. It will present the same symptoms as code 62-1 along with a low lifting height control.

code FE-4 is a communication system abnormality between the main controller and the SAS controller. This will present as having disabled tilt control.

Each of these codes references plug CN 141 in the troubleshooting guide. You could start by making sure that plug is still plugged in.
