Hyster model W40Z, serial number B218N05812B. EP 108. Had a code AL10. Followed the limited troubleshooting I had for that code and replaced Zapi controller. Ran great for about 20 minutes then started throwing code AL14. Will do it when trying to traveling in high speed in either direction. Lift stops and will not move or go up or down. If your reset the handle, it goes to working again until high speed is called for. Any ideas? All battery cables are new and it had a full charge on it. One battery is new, the other three are a couple of years old. I also replaced the wires from the battery connector to the battery charger and the battery charger is about two weeks old.
