Getting error code C016, E004. Any ideas on what this code is? I've found out that the C016 is the controller but need info on the E004 code.

We have this problems all the time with our 224's deffinately battery related rather then change the whole battery drop test cells individually and replace the ones that have failed
If you have another forklift with a 36V or 48V battery you could tap off 24V to try. Better to check before paying out on a new battery
Good idea but unfortunately this is the only machine that we have that uses a 24v system. Thanks again sir!
If you have an alternate 24V battery I would check with that before changing the battery as it is expensive
Thanks for the quick reply. I am thinking that it's because the battery is in need of replacement and just isn't holding a charge for very long. Probably dropping below 20v.
Error 4 means Emergency disconnect during travel, voltage at controller has dropped below 20V. Check cables connectors, line contact, battery terminal voltage.
