Discussion:
Error code

We have the truck often the error code E212 and E231.
Can someone tell where it comes from?
We have checked the circuit and it works fine, only when it starts, the code E212 and then when we link the supply of the PCB and reconnecting and new contacts work just fine.

We have also installed a new battery.

Hoping for an answer.

Yup, check that F62 out for sure.... especially take a good look at the multi-fuse holder it plugs into!! I've had a couple where the little socket that F62 plugs into "melts" distorts and you get a crappy/intermitent connection !! Cure for that is to cut the corresponding wires off the backside and solder in an auto style single fuse holder for F62.

E212 = Too low voltage on drive regulator
E231 = Too low voltage on lift regulator

Check the 10 amp F62 fuse inside the motor compartment fuse box, also check the maxi fuses on both frequency convertors, if they show any signs of burning / blackness change them!

Check the K10 main contactor tip's are clean & making good contact.

It wouldn't hurt to clean all the electrical connectors to the A5, A1 & A2 cards under the armrest panel, the plugs on A5 are numbered so you cant mix them up.
