It could be the spline inside the steer motor is stripped and slipping. Bad connection at steer motor encoder plug or VM.

I have also had problems with the sensor bearing inside the steer motor to which can also cause this code

hi there the code relates to the steering feedback sensor either the sensor or wiring is faulty or the vehicle manager is at fault try the sensor first if you have another unit
