Same issue here on a Toyota.
Try isolating the LPC and MPC and take a reading across the terminals. It should read OL. If it is good.
If you have a bad coil it will read some resistance.
Always check your wiring for shorts to grounds as well.
That code says: If cycling the key doesn't clear the code, replace the TA. (Controller) Hopefully you have another jack you can swap with to prove it. Also, Flight Systems (FSIP) offer remanned units or repairs.
