It is the code of just about everything. Can communication error. So several things involving this code. Have the same error on one now and never thought it to be a E-tac issue. But here's some others to check before. First is the red toggle switch.

Make sure it's good. If you have

the keypad, you will have to code
in also to power up if not
disabled. Next is line contactor
coil voltage. If low use toggle on
and off to watch voltage. If every
time it increases, then it's the
lithium etac battery and the card
or battery must be replaced. Is
the gray cable going to the etac
card ok. Also a issue and has a
upgraded part out for it.

Updated repair! First remove the handle controls, and check the lithium battery on the etac card. If below 3v. It has to be replaced. You can just replace the battery for about 5$. Easy to remove and soldier back on. Remember you are working with a battery and heat for the risk!
