Error code E-16-1 wont rev up - Technical Troubleshooting discussion in Forkliftaction's forums

Toyota 8FD-30:
Error code E-16-1 wont rev up

Intermittent fault, can run for weeks with no issues then for no reason at all it won't rev up. Removed throttle servo, checked top speed and idle switches, seem to be fine, switching ok, wiring at multi plugs all ok, multi plug connections on accelerator pedal all ok.
