Yale MPB040E(B827):
ERROR CODE AL 14

As the header states my company has a Yale electric pallet truck model MPB040E and is giving an error code of AL 14. I can not find any information on this code at all. It will have full function for just a couple of seconds before shutting down. When it does work all functions work properly just not for very long.
