Discussion:
error code -91

Hyster E50-XM started acting up, random lights on display and showing code -91. Lift will only go in very slow speed when lights come on. For some reason when the mast is tilted back, the lights go off and lift starts working normally. Any ideas?

I am seeing a similar issue with my Hyster J30ZT.

We put in a new hydraulic motor, but now have this 91 error code. Lift only drives at 1/2-3/4 speed but otherwise works.

Control wires were slightly different on new motor with 1 additional wire. Wondering how to proceed?

Sorry for the delay, this code is for the hydraulic motor, it is over temp. Signal wire at PA6 connector is reading 0 volts. Check your wiring from temp sensor to control card.
