Toyota 52-8FD25:
ERROR CODE 69-1

I replaced a burnt loom on my Toyota 52-8fd25 and after all connections , and after switching on the forklift an error code E69-1 started to appear on the display screen. can anybody help me with whats the meaning of that error code. the forklift is not starting.
