Error code 423 Please help!

I have an SP3020-30 with an error code 423. I have disabled the wire guidance in the display using the service tool. This lift doesn't have guidance, no wiring or control cards. any help from any of you crown guys would be greatly appreciated.

After disabling the wire guidance, install a jumper wire between terminal board: TB102 PIN 6 and TB102 PIN 17. Good luck
