Check the voltage at the access 3 to insure it is the same as the battery voltage. If it is less the might be a voltage drop across the new contactor. This can mean the contactor tips are bad or not making a proper connection
hello @tommy, thank you for the help. I'd already flipped the ed1 coil diode but it still fails, ED switch is in good condition also. I'll already encountered this fault many times and the traction battery was the main cause, but now battery is in good condition and all other parts that may trigger this fault was already checked. Maybe I still missed something.
Try flipping the Ed coil diode. This I'd the cables they goes out of the contractor and back in. Most likely when the contactor was replaced this was installed backwards.
If all else fails try to replace the emergency disconnect switch with known good switch.
